Our Story
TIm and Sue started their little home made sauce business in 2011. The following success of Monstir Sauce took them both by surprise. As demand for their delicious sauces grew, they continued to experiment in the kitchen, creating all sorts of weird and wonderful concoctions, most of which now make up their current portfolio.
At the beginning of 2014 they were thrilled to open Beaumaris’ first Little Chilli Shop. So next time you are in Anglesey pop in to the shop and taste the award winning sauce!
